These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Inteligent Voice Communication (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services Overview
Inteligent Voice Communication offers cloud-based communication and connectivity solutions, including voice services, messaging, numbering resources, routing, IP transit, and related telecom platforms.
We reserve the right to update, enhance, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
2. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete account details

Safeguard your login credentials and account access

Ensure all users associated with your account follow these Terms and applicable laws
You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
3. Billing & Payment Terms
Charges are applied based on agreed pricing structures or actual service usage.
Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
All applicable taxes, duties, and regulatory charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Telecom & Messaging Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations and industry standards, including:

Voice Services: Prohibition of call fraud, robocalling, spoofing, toll bypass, or unauthorized traffic routing

SMS/MMS & 10DLC: Compliance with campaign registration, sender identification, user consent, opt-out requirements, and messaging content standards

Numbering Services: Lawful use of DIDs and toll-free numbers, accurate business identity representation, and adherence to regional numbering rules
Inteligent Voice Communication reserves the right to suspend or restrict services to ensure compliance and protect network integrity.
5. Acceptable Use
All use of services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of services without prior notice.
6. Service Availability
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All platforms, software, systems, and related content remain the exclusive property of Inteligent Voice Communication or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inteligent Voice Communication shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve (12) months.
9. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

Violation of these Terms or AUP

Non-payment or billing disputes

Regulatory or compliance risks
-
Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity
Upon termination, access to services may be revoked immediately.
10. Governing Principles
These Terms are governed by generally accepted international commercial practices and telecommunications standards, along with applicable local laws and regulations.
By using Inteligent Voice Communication services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
